The People’s Music Store; A Ray of Light in the Morass of Weird Music News
In the midst of all of this chaotic music news (most of it profoundly annoying), I found a mysterious email in my inbox, inviting me to sign up for the beta release of something called the People’s Music Store. It’s the latest brainchild of the boys from Pitch7, who have some impressive online music creds between them, including the seminal Bleep. Thus far, they’re keeping pretty mum as regards the functionality of the site, but the name alone is giving me flashes of optimism. Here’s hoping that the revolution will be swift and bloody! I, for one, am waiting with bated breath.
