Is Sarkozy The French Blair? Google Thinks So
The Guardian have pointed out a very interesting little anamoly; if you ask Google’s translation service to translate the word Sarkozy (the surname of the recently elected French President) into English, it comes back with the translation Blair. And if you enter the word Sarkozy three times, it returns a translation of ‘Blair defends Bush’
Now that Google no longer thinks that George Bush is a miserable failure or that Blais is a liar, who’d have thought it would have such amazing political insight? I’m guessing that it won’t be long before this ‘bug’ is fixed so I’ve added a screen grab below.

The real question here of course is which of Google’s developers is an amateur politics student with a sense of humour?
