I discovered something last night, something about my Google account…

I am, of course, referring to Google’s “Web History” feature, a feature that is apparently designed to help you manage your web activity and get results more relevant to me when I search. So they’re using my web history to customise my search results? So they’re using my data…
Thankfully you can apparently opt out and turn it off… but does it actually stop them recording your web activity, or does it just stop reporting back to you?…
I find this a tad disturbing, especially after a recent report (OK, so back in June on the BBC) criticised Google on it’s privacy.
