Getting Sphinn on the Sociable Wordpress Plugin

We’re big fans of Danny’s new social search news site and wanted to make sure it was added to the plugin that we use for our social bookmarking, Sociable.

To get it included just follow these steps:
1) Save this image somewhere Sphinn

2) Download the updated sociable file and change the extension to .php

3) Upload Sociable.php to /wp-content/plugins/sociable/ & the image to /wp-content/plugins/sociable/images/

4) Go to your Sociable options page & select Sphinn from the list

Well done to Danny and the rest of the team at Search Engine Land for the site – it’s already set as my homepage and all of us at altogether are looking forward to seeing it continue to grow.

If you don’t use Sociable there are also some tips on how to get Sphinn on your site using Share This & Social Bookmarking Reloaded.

Development on Sociable seemed to have stopped, so I have taken it upon me and given it a new home, AND included Sphinn: WordPress Sociable 2.5.
