		<description>Another measurement that is often inappropriate but still quoted a lot is “stickiness”. Somebody who spends a long time at your website may, I agree, be there enjoying the content, but they could just as likely be spending a long time there being frustrated as they try to accomplish a task at a poorly designed site.</description>
