DC Party - Nintendo Wii Fun

So the latest DC bash went off without a hitch (for all those who aren’t doing the tidying up (sorry Ade and Danni) / nursing their wrist (Hils) / re-stitching their clothing (Justin) / feeling generally awful (basically everyone else who isn’t Rupert)), including much food, drink and general merriment. Aside from the fantastic movies developed by our talented team - well, Hils and Andy really - for the beautiful new screen in our luxurious entrance hall, the big attraction of the night was undoubtedly Darren’s Nintendo Wii. Needless to say it didn’t take long for everyone to give it a go, with a certain Mr Michael B seen to be hogging the control for much of the night. After a few rounds of bowling (and a few more drinks), attention turned to the more physical events - tennis and boxing. Rather than attempt to describe the weird and wonderful techniques displayed during the evening, here’s some of DC’s proud members showing off their sporting prowess - or lack there-of.

I would like to draw particular attention to Lee’s hands of fury, Stiller’s physically responding to an uppercut, and Richard’s slightly bizarre Praying Mantice style. Genius, I think you will agree.

None of you have mastered the the subtle Wii wrist flick. I should think you were all very sore the next day.

    Wait! That sounds suggestive. Nevermind.
