Are YouTubers Democrats?
With the US mid-term elections almost upon us, YouTubers are really pinning their colours to the mast. Is it me or do the Democrats seem to have this whole citizen journalism thing wrapped up a little better than the Republicans?
I love the way the loveable Republican Marilyn Musgrave (named by CREW as one of the 20 most corrupt members of Congress and intent on banning same-sex marriage) and her cohorts clearly think that this YouTuber is probably some non-entity with a video camera who can be treated however they see fit. Time they woke up to the kind of exposure this gets then online! Currently sitting at 8th highest rated.
I’m loving it. YouTube sticks it to the Republicans. Really, really amusing. The whole election is getting pretty dirty though, and YouTube is like an independent view on it. The fact that the guy who was messing with underage kids was labelled as a ‘Democrat’ on those subtitle things on Fox news several times even though he’s a Republican. YouTubers were up in arms about it.
